This is a sauce prepared with the local tomato puree "passata" and characterized by a balance between acidity and sweetness. The presence of the golden onion from Medicina (a small village near Bologna) gives to the sauce flavour and personality. the recipe is completed by the Italian extra virgin Olive oli and Cervia sea salt: two local ingredients for a product tightly liked to our region.
